Each character in the squad has its unique personality, a set of weapons and equipment which are necessary to overcome the specific enemy line. There are a variety of missions, and each mission comes with a set of objectives that the player has to accomplish at any cost to earn points.
The environment of the game takes place from 1941 to 1945 and centers on the conflict between Western against Germans and the Japanese against the Pacific. The player can control a squad during the game and struggle to sneak behind enemy lines to complete a variety of objectives. The game serves as the sequel to Commandos: Behind Enemy Lines and offers the similar gameplay to its original title.
